Let me introduce myself, I am Cass the Gallery Director of the Penguin Art Space.
A rather ponsy title i know (self imposed of course) but i think it sums up my role in our little gallery rather nicely.
We also have Frankie our Artistic Director and Michelle our yet to be self imposed title person.
Together we run a little gallery at the recently re-named Market @ Penguin (previously the Penguin Market) in the little sleepy town of Penguin in North West Tasmania.
We are dedicated to promoting local artists and local art!
Being artists ourselves we completely understand how difficult it is to make a living from art in little, isolated communities, often with very little artistic culture and understanding at all.
